it is always a good idea to have THE PERFECT CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE on hand should the craving arise. i think i may tweak this one using the veg broth i have in the pantry and lentils in place of the chicken. because the only chicken i have on hand is breaded and in nugget form.
