it was only last week i lamented in the comments section of this post by 'hers and his' that i could not wait for the ugly mugs in our cupboard to meet their demise so there would be room to put new mugs that i adore.
a few days later while at the thrift store i came across these.
the thrifting gods have a playful sense of humour.
so i did the only thing i could think of in the moment.
"mooooooooommmmmm... will you buy these for me?"
because it would be poor manners to turn away a gift.
