one of my favorite parts of the holidays is being able to consider salty pretzels and cheesy corn chips smothered in a garden medley dip a proper lunch with no guilt.
but all the not-so-balanced diet foodstuffs have really played havoc with my skin and digestive system. not to mention my energy levels. so many things i want to accomplish... right after a nap.
so for the next few days its peace out to all the delicious chocolate sweeties in my fridge and hello to copious amounts of green tea, water and oatmeal to get my tummy and skin back in shape. it's a different kind of comfort food. all kinds of good.
how do you dotox after party season? i know i can't be the only one whose body and energy levels gets thrown off by too many sweets and treats.
